Mount Černá Hora rises above Janské Lázně.

The largest fork ridge in the Krkonoše, 1299 metres above sea level. The top rises above Janské Lázně. In 1978, an 80-metre-tall TV and radio transmitter was installed on the top. Not far from the top, there is a nature preserve named Černohorská Rašelina, one of the largest mountaineous peat bog deposits . Its area is 66 hectares. There are several hotels around the top part of Mount Černá Hora.

The top is accessible by cable railway from Jánské Lázně.
