Mount Lysá Hora, 1,344 metres above sea level, is one of the dominant elements in the western part of the Krkonoše.

The mountain is covered with dwarf pine, and on the slopes directed to Mount Kotel you can find large spots of protected Krkonoše plants, in particular anemone and pasqueflower. The southwestern slopes above Rokytnice are known for a popular downhill skiing centre with a lot of skilifts. At the south foot of Mount Lysá Hora, at an important tourist crossroads, there is a popular mountain hotel called Dvoračky. Mount Lysá Hora is accessible by chair-lift from Rokytnice. The top of the mountain offers fabulous views of the surroundings - Rokytnice and Vysoký - and then farther to the area of the Krkonoše and Jizerské Hory.

Locality: to the northeast from Rokytnice nad Jizerou, northwest from Špindlerův Mlýn.
