The museum houses a permanent exhibition called The Natural Environment of the Prachovské Rocks, Czech Paradise and the Jičín Region, and there are regular exhibitions, lectures and excursions, as well as accommodation for natural scientists doing fieldwork. The museum is also home to a mini botanical garden with trees and herbs native to Czech Paradise, with paddocks, outdoor terrariums and a wildlife habitat.
