The sandstone rock offers views of the surroundings.
The isolated sandstone rock is located at the northern edge of the plateau of Hrubá Skála, not far from Valdštejn Castle, some 2 km to the south of Turnov. To access the rock, elevated 380 metres above sea level, you need to climb a spiral iron staircase that comprises 36 steps.
The top offers a wonderful view of the surrounding area – Turnov, the ridge of Kozákov and the (more distant) ridge of Ještěd, the Jizerské Hory, Bezděz and Ralsko. There is an orientation map.
Access: the lookout point is located on the route of the Zlatá Stezka Českého Ráje between Turnov and Valdštejn Castle.
